MLP Equestria Girl: CS and BJC

I was surfing on the internet on some random tumblr page, minding my own business. Then i saw a post that said that one of the Equestria Girl background character looks like Billy Joe Cobra, and that's when my artist inspiration hit me and thought" if that character looks like Billy, then why can't i make Billy look like a Equestria Girl character?".

And thought i put Creative in it.
